Welcome to the Llanidan Stud, which is situated on Anglesey in North Wales.  The stud breeds Section Cs and Section Ds and each year offers a number of outstanding foals for sale.  Each year Eric, father Emyln and son Endaf, pick the very best to go forward to the Brightwells Cob Sales held at Builth Wells in October.  The stud has a good choice of Section C & Section D stallions at stud, some of which are available to visiting mares.

A warm welcome awaits all who visit the stud

2007 saw the Llanidan Stud win the "Champagne Moment" at the Brightwells Autumn Cob Sales, with their outstanding entries on the Sunday, including Llanidan Purdie (£5,000) and Llanidan Peaches N Cream (£4,150).   Subsequent years have produced more outstanding foals, with last years's second highest Section C foal being Llanidan Truffle, purchased by Henri Leeuwenhaag for £3,400. Truffle went on to win her class and the Supreme in Show at the Winter Fair.
